Inspiring teams to make “What if?” and “Why not?” a reality

Interim Executive Leadership

Making big, bold changes is hard, but often necessary. Bringing in an Interim Executive can be the most effective way to transition an organization to new ways of working in order to meet illusive goals. Having a fresh perspective and new ideas is often what’s needed to help an organization get “unstuck”.

Facilitation

We don't follow a prescribed method. We start by meeting with leadership to understand concerns and objectives. We then support the agency as needed to achieve its goals. This requires 1:1 discussions, but also bringing teams together to identify challenges and solutions. Having an experienced facilitator to lead this work increases the likelihood of success. We’re also skilled in remote facilitation.

Strategic Planning

We work with leadership teams and boards to set priorities, making sure that all staff are heading in the same direction while ensuring that budgets and work plans are focused on meeting the goals and values identified in the strategic plan.

The most successful organizations understand that fostering a culture of respect, trust and transparency is key to achieving results.
